Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive Experience: 1 year (Real Estate experience preferred) Location: Greater Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive with around 1 year of experience to manage client relationships after property bookings. You’ll ensure smooth coordination for documents, payments, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Keep the CRM system updated with client details and progress. Be the main point of contact for customers after booking. Help with documents, payments, and final handover. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, etc.). Handle client queries and solve issues quickly. Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments. Support customers during their onboarding journey. Prepare basic reports on customer feedback and service updates. Work on ways to improve customer experience. Requirements: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in customer service or CRM (real estate preferred, but open to other industries). Basic understanding of real estate processes and documents. Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
