Senior Client Relationship Manager

As the primary point of contact for students, you will be responsible for responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with students to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and support - Collaborating with team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Coordinating with partners, associates, and university representatives to ensure students have all necessary documentation and information for their abroad studies - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field - 2+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in a customer service (voice) or sales role - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus) - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines - Confidence, proactiveness, empathy, and persuasion skills - Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers an Industry Standard Monthly Salary (negotiable) along with an Industry Standard Yearly Bonus.,
