Overview:

The Strategic AI Automation Partner within Global Business Services (GBS) plays a crucial role in driving the adoption, integration, and strategic implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation across GBS and its departments. We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in one of the Delivery Lines: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Invoice to Cash (ITC), Account to Reconciliation (ATR), or Commercial Operations. This position serves as a vital link between business and technology, translating complex AI concepts into practical business solutions that align with the organization’s overarching goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced business strategist with strong expertise in AI, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a focus on AI and automation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI/automation projects within a corporate environment.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certification in AI, Project Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly in the context of business applications.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business value through AI and automation.
• Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Generative AI or other advanced AI technologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
