  Provide training and guidance to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

• Component Management

  : In-depth knowledge of component development, planning, quoting, booking, and traceability.

• Library Management

  : Strong understanding of component library structure, usability, and accuracy.

• Industry Experience

  : Background in garment sourcing or related fields, with insights into merchandising and supply chain operations.

• Product Development Tools

  : Familiarity with PLM Centric and digital product development workflows.

• Process Improvement

  : Proven experience in change management and process optimization.

Collaboration & Communication

• Skilled in engaging stakeholders across technical teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Strong influencing abilities and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Analytical Thinking

• Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Capable of analyzing and optimizing business processes effectively.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Awareness of global garment industry trends.
• Understanding of sustainability in sourcing and manufacturing.
