Senior Business Development Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement a structured business development strategy focused on corporate workspaces, turnkey interiors, and build solutions.

• Identify and target corporates, developers, architects, real estate consultants, and PMCs.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → pitch → negotiation → closure.

• Collaborate with design, pre-sales & project teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.

• Represent Greystone Infra at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting & reporting to leadership.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities & new real estate developments.

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers & stakeholders to generate repeat/referral business.

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in business development.

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8+ years of business development/sales experience in interior fit-out, architecture, or construction.

• Strong network in commercial real estate & corporate interiors domain.

• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in project-based environments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with ability to bridge client needs with creative/technical solutions.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) & MS Office.

• Willingness to travel as required.
