Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your mission will be to drive growth and build lasting partnerships:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with real estate developers, architects, and design studios
• Build a strong client pipeline through networking, outbound reach, and industry events
• Pitch Artmultiply's services effectively and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with the creative and production team to ensure project requirements align with client goals
• Track and meet monthly/quarterly targets for revenue and client acquisition
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in real estate, architecture, design, or visualisation services
• Strong network and connections within the real estate and Design sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker
• Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced studio environment
