As we scale our team and take on larger international projects, we're looking for a Head of Production / Art Director to lead the creative charge.

Role Overview

As the Head of Production (or Art Director, depending on your background), you will lead and oversee the creative, technical, and production teams in delivering exceptional visual content from static renders to full-scale architectural animations.

You’ll work closely with the founders to define the studio’s visual identity, guide team members, and set the quality benchmark across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3D artists, animators, and post-production specialists

·       Review, critique, and improve visual outputs to meet the studio’s quality standards

·       Own the full production pipeline, from brief to delivery

·       Collaborate with BD, clients, and project managers to align creative goals with delivery timelines

·       Innovate on workflows, file structures, review systems, and best practices

·       Solve creative and technical challenges with efficiency

·       Contribute to team hiring, training, and performance reviews

Requirements

·       5+ years of experience in high-end architectural visualisation, creative direction, or production leadership

·       Strong command of tools like Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop and optionally Unreal Engine

·       Exceptional portfolio of visual storytelling and real estate / architecture-focused work

·       Team leadership experience with proven ability to mentor and grow talent

·       Eye for composition, lighting, detail, and narrative flow

·       Excellent communication and feedback skills

·       Must be open to working full-time on-site in Gurugram
