Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Business Development Executive/Manager to drive company growth through new client acquisition, partnerships, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client relationship management, and a strategic approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in compliance and certification services (BIS, WPC, EPR, LMPC, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Participate in networking events and business forums to promote company services.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, compliance, or B2B services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of government licensing, BIS, or certification processes will be an added advantage.
