Senior Business Development Executive

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from Prospecting to Sales Conversion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the sales process and ensuring that targets are met - Generating leads through Inside Sales techniques - Managing the database effectively and according to the sales strategy - Providing direction on different channels to build a reliable database - Setting and monitoring targets for the inside sales team - Maintaining a clean database based on sales calls In addition, you will be required to manage Tele Calling operations which involve: - Demonstrating excellent persuasive communication skills in English - Leading a team of tele callers effectively - Creating compelling tele calling scripts - Meeting tele calling targets - Working across different time zones Furthermore, you will oversee e-Mail Campaigns by: - Showcasing strong persuasive written skills in English - Running regular email campaigns - Utilizing email marketing tools like YMLP, Mail Chimp, etc. - Analyzing the performance of each campaign Lastly, you will be responsible for Sales Lead Nurturing by: - Developing value propositions collateral for clients to facilitate sales closure - Crafting competitive sales proposals with specific value propositions - Acting as a liaison between potential clients and the development team during sales closure phase If you have experience in inside sales, lead generation, database management, tele calling, email campaigns, and sales lead nurturing, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in different time zones, this role might be the perfect fit for you.,
