Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate (BDA) / Admissions Counselor, your primary role will be to convert verified leads into customers without engaging in cold calling. You will need to have a thorough understanding of negotiating techniques to cater to the needs of working professionals and college-going students. Your multitasking abilities, time management skills, and a positive attitude will be essential in this role. Your proficiency in English, along with good listening skills, will help you engage with customers effectively and provide them with accurate information about our courses. Being self-motivated and results-oriented will drive your success in inside sales. Key Responsibilities: - Contact verified leads and convert them into customers - Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about our courses - Conduct regular follow-ups on previous leads - Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Utilize leads software effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field - Good negotiation skills - Proficiency in English (oral and written) - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Self-motivated and results-oriented - Fast learner and passionate about inside sales Additional Details: Applicants with a background in economics will be preferred for this role. You will have the opportunity to earn incentives of up to 14% for each successful conversion. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal.
