Job Description

  • Generating and qualifying leads
  • Scheduling and delivering engaging demos
  • Tailoring pitches based on client needs
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and implementation teams


You own the pipeline from demo through to signature and often continue as the main point of contact post-sale.


Lead & Prospect

  • Identify potential clients via inbound, outbound, and referrals
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM

Demo & Consult

  • Conduct tailored product demos
  • Clearly explain features, benefits, and ROI

Qualify & Close

  • Understand client pain points and business drivers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to finalize contracts

Collaboration

  • Align with marketing on messaging and feedback
  • Work with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Update sales metrics and forecasts in CRM regularly
