Job Title: SaaS Sales Consultant (Odoo / NetSuite / SaaS Solutions)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office for the first 6 months; hybrid options can be discussed later)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary & Incentives: Competitive salary + best-in-industry bonuses and % commissions based on sales performance

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven SaaS Sales Consultant with experience selling Odoo, NetSuite, or other SaaS/ERP/Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should be a sales champion, capable of independently generating leads, nurturing opportunities, and closing deals of high value.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, working with international clients, and tailoring solution-based pitches to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently generate and manage leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with internal functional and technical teams to tailor solution demos and presentations for clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Odoo, NetSuite, and relevant SaaS/ERP solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Stay updated with current SaaS, ERP, and digital transformation trends to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key decision-makers.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams after closure.
  • Regularly report on sales pipeline, progress, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of SaaS/ERP sales experience, with proven exposure to Odoo, NetSuite, or similar solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals worth 50 lakhs INR or more.
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of SaaS/ERP sales trends, customer challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Experience working with international clients across different geographies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to tailor sales pitches and presentations to align with client needs.
  • High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
