Job description Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Hyderabad Company: XCUBE FACILITIES PRIVATE LIMITED Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Sales Manager Salary: Competitive, based on experience Walk-ins :- Opposite Live Well Luxury PG Service/men, Kondapur, Telangana. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends and property values. Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses. Negotiate and close deals in alignment with client needs and company targets. Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation. Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to optimize promotional strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a real estate sales Manger or similar role. Knowledge of local property market and real estate trends. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and in a team. Valid real estate license (if required by jurisdiction). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Educational Qualifications: MBA in Marketing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
