We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Program Manager-Demand Generation to lead high-impact lead generation programs, ensure timely execution, and drive revenue growth. If you're passionate about operations, leadership, and client success – we want to hear from you!
Lead a team of BDSs to deliver high-quality outcomes
Manage program planning, scheduling & delivery
Own end-to-end program execution, documentation & SLAs
Ensure client satisfaction, communication & retention
Forecast and report on program health & revenue
Drive continuous improvement and team training initiatives
Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities with account teams
Proven experience in program management (4+ years)
Strong leadership & team management skills
Client-focused mindset with excellent communication
Experience in lead generation programs is a plus
Ability to manage multiple programs and optimize resources
