Ltd is a strategic B2B marketing company based in Pune, specializing in marketing planning and execution. With over 18 years of experience, we have established marketing partnerships with global technology leaders. Our services cater to small, mid-sized, and large organizations in both IT and non-IT domains, delivering customized value to their businesses. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd in Pune. The Sales Manager must have 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, deal closing, proficiency in English and business development activities daily. Key Responsibilities : • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking. • The Sales Manager will be working on behalf of TSL's client to close deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts. • Support TSL's client by helping them close deals and achieve sales objectives. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. • Travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Qualifications : • Minimum qualification graduate, BBA, MBA (Marketing) • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology sector. • Strong knowledge of laptops and desktops. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Willingness to travel as needed.
