Job Description: Sr. Business Development Executive

 

Responsibilities:

 

Generate leads through apt business development strategies, analyze and polish existing strategies, and support business development operations to improve sales and revenue. 


Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients through channels such as cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events. Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting decision-makers, scheduling discovery calls, and following up on warm leads to convert opportunities into sales.

 

Build strong knowledge of Sparkout’s services, products, latest technology trends, and other relevant industry events/news.

 

Identify and leverage new business opportunities, build industry partnerships, maintain close relationships with all clients, and optimize processes to deliver good customer experience and ensure satisfaction.

 

Collaborate with and maintain good relationships with various technical teams such as the engineering team, quality assurance team, project managers, etc., to help clients build solutions that align with their vision and business goals.

 

Identify networking opportunities and represent Sparkout Tech at various events, conferences, networking sessions, and other gatherings.

 

Prepare relevant documentation and drafts such as project proposals, presentations, sales pitches, communication emails, etc.

 

Requirements:

 

Strong knowledge of various technology stacks, a good high-level understanding of technical jargon, and a keen interest in new technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc.

 

3-5 years experience in business development, outbound sales and software sales.

 

Strong research and problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and team management skills.

 

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.

 

Active on social media and up-to-date on the latest technology trends and key industry events/news.

 

Outgoing personality, excellent cross-team collaboration skills, and a drive to capitalize on business opportunities.

 

Someone who enjoys new challenges, ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and is willing to travel within India and overseas for business engagements and events.
