As a Business Development Executive at Novex, you will play a crucial role in promoting revenue growth and ensuring the proper licensing of sound recordings for public performance. Established in 2002, Novex is a well-renowned name in Media solutions, specializing in licensing public performance rights in sound recordings from various music labels. Key Responsibilities: - Covering events featuring songs from the NOVEX label, with training provided as necessary. - Educating commercial establishments on the importance of procuring public performance licenses for the commercial use of music in accordance with The Copyright Act, 1957. - Identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth for the organization. - Supervising the daily collection of Royalty (License) fees from a variety of venues such as Hotels, Restaurants, Departmental Stores, Pubs, Discos, and Event venues across the region. - Conducting frequent market visits to different areas within the region to enhance the organization's visibility. Qualifications: - Experience in daily field visits, attending meetings, sending emails to clients, and sourcing events from social media platforms. - Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is required.
