Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who comes with a strong advertising agency background and a keen understanding of digital services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving new business across verticals like Media , Influencer Marketing , and Talent Management by identifying leads, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in media, influencer marketing, and talent management domains. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through research, industry events, outreach, and networking. Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized pitches, proposals, and solutions for potential clients. Represent Schbang in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting leads into active accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capture new areas of growth. Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to support upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of business development experience in an advertising/digital marketing agency environment. Proven ability to close deals and bring in significant revenue through strategic outreach. Familiarity with digital media buying, influencer marketing, and talent-driven campaigns. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
