Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Visakhapatnam (On-site) Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: As per industry standards Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Business Development Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging senior-level stakeholders, contributing to high-quality proposal submissions, and ensuring CRM data integrity. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with Directors, VPs, and other senior stakeholders to secure meetings. Support the preparation and timely submission of responses to RFPs and client proposals. Maintain and regularly update records, interactions, and activity logs in the CRM system. Requirements Excellent command over English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Clear and structured thinking, with the ability to articulate value propositions confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint , including strong formatting and presentation skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Good to Have Prior exposure to, or understanding of, the sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) sectors. Show more Show less
