About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Development Head to lead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion across multiple business verticals. The ideal leader is someone who thrives on building partnerships, scaling teams, and creating sustainable business growth through strategic thinking and execution excellence.

This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, client relationship management, and market innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team.
  • Drive client acquisition through innovative go-to-market strategies and targeted outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, agencies, and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, operations, and product — to deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Oversee the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, forecasting, and ROI to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business forums to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Continuously identify market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital business ecosystems, technology solutions, or marketing services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with executive-level presence.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
