Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitching BrainerHub’s services to potential clients.
• Understand and promote BrainerHub’s service offerings, including custom web/mobile development, SAP solutions, and digital transformation services.
• Support the sales team in maintaining client relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical & marketing) to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth areas.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn about IT services, product engineering, and digital transformation.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (a plus but not mandatory).
