🚀 Sr. Business Development Executive

Location:

Experience:

🕓 Shift: 2 pm-11 pm (UK Shift)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns).
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance for better efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in

    B2B SaaS lead generation or sales

    , ideally targeting the US market.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional approach.
  • Self-starter mindset - organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently or remotely.
  • Familiarity with the US B2B sales landscape is a plus.
