Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Executive to lead and accelerate our Edu Tech sales initiatives. This role is best suited for candidates who are passionate about EdTech, customer engagement, and strategic business growth.

As a senior member of the business development team, you will drive client acquisition, guide potential learners and institutions, and play a crucial role in shaping AcceleratorX market presence. You will also mentor junior team members, refine sales strategies, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and approach schools, colleges, training institutes, and enterprise clients to promote AcceleratorX digital learning solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discussions with learners and institutions to understand their challenges and recommend customized EdTech solutions.
  • Lead Ownership & Conversion: Manage the sales funnel end-to-end—from lead generation and qualification to closure and onboarding.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional partners and high-potential learners.
  • Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, analyze performance, and ensure accurate CRM updates for all leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with marketing, academic, and product teams to refine outreach strategies and support business goals.
  • Team Support & Mentoring: Guide Business Development Trainees/Executives by sharing best practices and supporting training initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with trends in EdTech to provide strategic input for product positioning and sales planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Edu Tech Sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and fast-paced sales cycles.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling senior-level client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
