As a Senior Business Development Executive at IoTMinds Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development for IoT-based home automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales and business development for IoT-based home automation solutions. - Interacting with both B2C and B2B customers to understand requirements, explain product features, and present solutions. - Developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients. - Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads in the smart home/IoT space. - Conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. - Collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining data using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in any field (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory). - 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales. - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. - Proven track record of handling B2B and B2C sales. - Highly preferred: Experience in Home Automation / IoT solutions (KNX, WiFi-based automation systems). - Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. It would be nice to have prior experience in home automation, smart homes, lighting controls, or IoT products, knowledge of KNX, WiFi automation protocols, or similar technologies, and a network of contacts in construction, interiors, or the smart home ecosystem.
