We are looking for a Hardware Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware for new IoT products.
• Maintain and improve existing hardware designs.
• Create, review, and interpret schematics and electronics components.
• Design and optimize

  PCB layouts

  considering performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Debug and resolve hardware/PCB issues across development and production phases.
• Perform both

  manual and machine soldering

  for prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, production) to deliver robust hardware solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Education:

  Diploma in Electronics & Communication (Polytechnic), B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, or B.Sc. Computers with relevant hardware experience.

• 3+ years of experience

  in hardware design and electronics development.
• Strong knowledge of

  schematics design, PCB layout tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or equivalent)

  .
• Hands-on expertise in debugging circuits and resolving hardware issues.
• Experience with

  manual and reflow/machine soldering techniques

  .
• Good understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, power management, and communication protocols (WiFi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, etc.).

• Language:

  Familiar with

  English

  and at least one other language.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  IoT product development

  lifecycle.
• Knowledge of

  DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturing/Testing)

  .
• Exposure to certification processes (CE, FCC, RoHS).
