Hardware Designer – IoT Products 📍 Location: IoTMinds Innovations Pvt Ltd, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 🕒 Experience: 3+ Years 📅 Work Mode: Onsite | 6 days a week (Mon–Sat), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM We are looking for a Hardware Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of innovative IoT products . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing new hardware solutions, maintaining existing products, and ensuring reliable performance through debugging, testing, and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electronic hardware for new IoT products. Maintain and improve existing hardware designs. Create, review, and interpret schematics and electronics components. Design and optimize PCB layouts considering performance, cost, and manufacturability. Debug and resolve hardware/PCB issues across development and production phases. Perform both manual and machine soldering for prototyping and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, production) to deliver robust hardware solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and quality requirements. Requirements Education: Diploma in Electronics & Communication (Polytechnic), B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, or B.Sc. Computers with relevant hardware experience. 3+ years of experience in hardware design and electronics development. Strong knowledge of schematics design, PCB layout tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or equivalent) . Hands-on expertise in debugging circuits and resolving hardware issues. Experience with manual and reflow/machine soldering techniques . Good understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, power management, and communication protocols (WiFi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, etc.). Language: Familiar with English and at least one other language. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience in IoT product development lifecycle. Knowledge of DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturing/Testing) . Exposure to certification processes (CE, FCC, RoHS). Why Join Us?
