Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will engage with potential learners, understand their career aspirations, and recommend the right AI upskilling programs. This role requires career counseling, cold calling, and strategic outreach to drive enrollments while educating professionals about AI career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to professionals interested in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to introduce relevant upskilling programs.Counsel potential learners on how AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies are reshaping industries and how AcceleratorX’s courses can help them stay ahead.Host one-on-one AI career advisory sessions to guide professionals on skill gaps, job opportunities, and career pathways.Identify learner pain points and recommend the best AI programs based on their career goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead conversion tactics.Stay updated on the latest AI trends and advancements to provide insightful career guidance.Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in sales, career counseling, EdTech, or technology consulting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds.Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for easy understanding.Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling.Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong desire to grow in AI consulting and EdTech sales.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in EdTech, career counseling, or technology sales.Exposure to AI-related fields such as Data Science, NLP, or Generative AI.Familiarity with CRM tools.Background in Computer Science, AI, or Business Analytics (not mandatory)
