The ideal candidate should have deep industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to convert leads into high value interior projects. Key Responsibilities : Generate leads through calls, site visits and online platforms. Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve the revenue targets. Attend client meetings, site visits and presentations to close the high value deals. Identity new business opportunities in residential interior projects. Collabrate with the design and project teams to deliver customized proposals that align with client needs. Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, architecture etc. Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales forecast and reports for management.
