Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the EdTech sector as a Senior Business Development Associate at SLBS Marklance. Your role will involve lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Call and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. - Identify new business opportunities and strategize for revenue growth. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies. Requirements: - 5 to 6 years of experience in EdTech sales or a similar role. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
