Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate

Location: Kochi (On-site)

Experience: 0–2 years

Reporting To: Sales/Business Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and curious SDRs to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in driving outreach, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team members.

Responsibilities:

● Research and identify potential clients across priority verticals (VR Training, Content

Services, Experience Centers, AV Partnerships)

● Follow up on leads, set up discovery calls for senior sales team

● Update CRM regularly and maintain pipeline hygiene

● Support proposal creation and follow-up communication

● Prepare briefing notes ahead of sales meetings

● Collaborate with marketing team for content requirements.

● Attend internal sales reviews and sync-ups

Required Skills & Qualities:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Curious and willing to learn about emerging tech (AR/VR/XR) - Virtual Reality

● Basic knowledge of sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus)

● Ability to manage time and tasks independently

● Good with research and organization

● Familiarity with B2B outreach practices, qualification frameworks (like BANT)
