Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Lead Generation & Sales Support Executive on a contract basis. This individual will work directly with the business head to identify and engage with potential clients, qualify them based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria, and support overall lead conversion activities. Key Responsibilities ● Work closely with the business head to understand target segments and ideal customer profiles. ● Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads across relevant industries. ● Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls, based on direction and input provided. ● Qualify leads using BANT framework and nurture them to the next stage of the funnel. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, status, and communication history. ● Craft and send cold outreach emails or LinkedIn messages tailored to different personas. ● Follow up with leads to sustain interest and explore potential engagement opportunities. ● Share weekly reports and insights on lead status, conversion metrics, and outreach effectiveness.
