Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and ensure successful execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product roadmap based on company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and market research to drive product decisions.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements/user stories.
• Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of features while managing scope and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
