Sr. Dot Net Developer

You are a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of modern, scalable, and high-performing applications using Microsoft technologies. You will mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features, troubleshoot existing systems, and ensure code quality and maintainability. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Your key responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-level applications using .NET and C#, designing and implementing RESTful APIs, working on cloud-based solutions primarily using Microsoft Azure, leading code reviews, enforcing best practices, and writing unit/integration tests. You will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives while following and enforcing SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development with Microsoft technologies. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Entity Framework Core/Dapper, SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets, and Azure services is required. You should also have experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies. Preferred skills include experience with front-end frameworks, familiarity with microservices architecture, knowledge of message queues, and DevOps tools. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Soft skills such as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, being a team player, and having the ability to mentor and lead teams are essential for success in this role.
