Business Development Associate (BDA)


Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales

    (mandatory)
  • 1–6 years total experience in sales/business development
  • Exceptional English

    spoken and written communication skills

  • Strong sales mindset: consultative selling, objection handling & closing
  • Comfortable with performance-driven culture & monthly targets


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound leads and follow up with prospective learners
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right course solutions
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain proper CRM updates and pipeline tracking
  • Build strong rapport with leads for long-term success


Good-to-Have (Bonus)

  • Experience in selling

    high-ticket EdTech products

    (₹50,000 and above)
  • Exposure to K-12 or working professional sales
  • Knowledge of LMS, CRM, or other sales tools
