We’re growing fast and looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.
Role Overview
You will own the full client acquisition and retention cycle: prospect → qualify → pitch → close → retain. If you love hunting for opportunities, closing high-value deals, and ensuring client satisfaction, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build quality prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, UpLead, etc. Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, WhatsApp, events/webinars).
Client Acquisition: Pre-qualify leads, run discovery calls, craft tailored proposals, pitch services, and close retainers/projects.
Account Management: Ensure smooth onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, and work with delivery teams for retention and upselling.
Pipeline & Reporting: Keep CRM updated, track leads through stages, and meet weekly/monthly KPIs (meetings, SQLs, proposals, closures, revenue).

Monthly new revenue closed: ₹10 lakhs+ (to be defined)
20–30 qualified meetings/month
Proposal-to-close ratio: 25–35%
Avg. sales cycle: <30 days
Must-Haves
2–3+ years in client acquisition/business development for a marketing or digital agency (mandatory)
Proven track record of B2B deal closures (share past numbers/targets)
Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads) & agency models
Hands-on with lead gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, confident on calls/presentations
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Good-to-Have
Experience selling to real estate, Saas, hospitality, healthcare, F&B, or e-commerce clients
