We’re looking for a Content Creator + Social Media Manager who can balance creativity with consistency — someone who understands the language of design and the rhythm of social growth.

Role Description

🎯 Role Overview

This is a dual-role position.

You’ll create engaging static visuals and short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and actively manage our company’s social media accounts to grow brand awareness and community.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✍️ Content Creation

Design high-quality static content (carousels, infographics, testimonials, etc.)

Create engaging Reels/Shorts using trending hooks and editing techniques

Write captions with compelling CTAs tailored for each platform

Maintain a clear, engaging monthly content calendar

📱 Social Media Management

Handle daily posting and engagement across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

Use tools like Creator Studio or Meta Suite to schedule content efficiently

Actively engage with the audience via comments, replies, and DMs

Track and report monthly performance (reach, followers, engagement)

Grow each platform by at least 100 followers per month through organic strategies, trends, and smart hashtag usage

⚙️ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of content creation and social media experience

Strong in Canva and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)

Video editing proficiency with tools like CapCut, VN, or InShot

Working knowledge of platform-specific trends and growth strategies

Excellent communication and time management skills

Bonus: Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) is a plus
