Key Responsibilities

🔹 Analyze and understand customer requirements to create detailed System Requirement Specification (SRS) and Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) documents.

🔹 Prepare and maintain comprehensive architecture, design, and user documentation for both new and existing products/features.

🔹 Collaborate closely with clients, implementation, and software development teams to ensure smooth delivery and timely issue resolution.

🔹 Create and present wireframes and prototypes for client and stakeholder demonstrations.

🔹 Conduct testing, track defects/issues, and coordinate with teams for resolution.

🔹 Perform gap analysis and recommend product enhancements for added business value.

🔹 Evaluate and improve UI/UX designs to optimize usability and efficiency.

🔹 Apply hands-on experience from working with multiple hospitals to understand complex hospital workflows, including patient management, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, and clinical documentation.

🔹 Maintain a strong focus on accurate and comprehensive documentation throughout all phases of the project.

🔹 (Preferred) Bring experience or exposure to Blood Bank Management Systems, including donor, regulatory, and inventory workflows.

Qualifications

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (BCA / B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.E. / M.Sc.)

💼 Experience:

Minimum 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Healthcare Technology domains.

Proven experience in hospital operations and clinical workflow analysis is highly preferred.

Strong documentation experience is also highly preferred.

Exposure to Blood Bank systems will be considered an added advantage.
