We are a Healthcare Technology company based out of Ahmedabad. We have developed various e-Health Solutions like Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), Laboratory (Pathology) Information Management System (LIMS), Radiology Information Management System (RIMS) along with a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), Tele-medicine, Tele-Diagnostics, e-Pharmacy along with various mobile apps that cater to the needs of doctors, healthcare technicians and citizens. All our solutions are cloud-based.

As we are scaling up our operations both nationally and internationally, we are looking for Business Development Executives with technical background who can manage the marketing & sales of our HMIS solution. The role will require travelling.

  • Experience of public sector and institutional sales.
  • Experience of marketing/sales of HMIS / ERP solutions.
  • Experience of creating product and service bundles.
  • Established network of Hospitals, Nursing Homes etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To map Market for HMIS Solution & Ensure coverage of potential accounts
  • Ensure Right Product Promotion to Right Customer
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HMIS solutions in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, IT heads, doctors, and other decision-makers.
  • Setting Goals & ensure achievement of given team targets
  • Assist Project Implementation and Operation of given project
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Present and demonstrate

    HMIS software solutions

    to potential customers, addressing their pain points and showcasing benefits.
  • Timely CRM Reporting to structure business processes
  • Key Account Management and ROI Monitoring
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting on Effort and Revenue achievements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and contract negotiations.
  • Cashflow Management (Collection and Working on Outstanding)
  • Develop MIS of given Business Vertical
