We have developed various e-Health Solutions like Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), Laboratory (Pathology) Information Management System (LIMS), Radiology Information Management System (RIMS) along with a Picture Archiving and Communication System, Tele-medicine, Tele-Diagnostics, e-Pharmacy along with various mobile apps that cater to the needs of doctors, healthcare technicians and citizens. All our solutions are cloud- based. Along with software solutions we have also developed various IoT enabled medical devices like – ECG, Multi-parameter vitals monitor, Health Records Digitizer and a Health Kiosk.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience to lead and manage the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java (Spring Boot) for back-end development and Angular for front-end, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. Prior experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering technical growth within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Ensure best practices for software development, including adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies where appropriate.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• IT/EC/CE Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech /MCA / M.E. / Msc.IT) or similar certifications
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

Skills:

• Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Extensive experience in Java, particularly Spring Boot for building microservices architecture. Proven experience in designing and developing scalable microservices.
• RESTful APIs: Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and back-end technologies.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering within deadlines.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.

Other Requirements (Good to Have):

• Experience in healthcare domain
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development environment.
