Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Barista to join our team at Etopia Malgudi, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products and services.
