Senior Barista

• Beverage Preparation: Skillfully preparing, serving, and presenting coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, providing menu recommendations, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment, including regular cleaning and calibration.
• Cash Handling: Accurately processing transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, coffee bar, and seating area in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies like cups, beans, and condiments, and assisting with inventory checks.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient customer service.
