About Profile:

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Barista at Pour and Palate. The Barista will be responsible for interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving coffee and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-5 years as a Barista
• Knowledge of latte art and coffee curation is a plus and is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree is an additional bonus
• Excellent customer service skills as we have table service handled by Baristas only
