Senior Barista

Role Overview: You will be responsible for skillfully preparing, serving, and presenting coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. Additionally, you will greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and handle customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience. Operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment, including regular cleaning and calibration, will also be part of your role. You must maintain a clean and organized work area, coffee bar, and seating area in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies like cups, beans, and condiments, and assisting with inventory checks will also be your responsibility. Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient customer service is essential.
