Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Barista at STILL COFFEE, located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee daily coffee preparation, ensure quality control, and maintain the highest standard of beverages served. Responsibilities include preparing specialty coffee drinks, managing inventory, assisting with food preparation, training junior baristas, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills with a solid understanding of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, with the ability to foster positive customer relationships
• Customer Service experience with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere and meeting customer needs
• Proficiency in Food Preparation, including handling beverages and light snacks, with attention to cleanliness and presentation
• Leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior staff members effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• 3 or more years of experience in a similar role is preferred
