Salary Range: ₹23,000–28,000

Role Overview:

The Senior Barista will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and aesthetic integrity of the café’s offerings. This role demands attention to detail, a sense of refinement, and alignment with the brand’s Japanese-inspired ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve matcha-based beverages and specialty coffees.

• Guide and train junior baristas in beverage preparation.

• Maintain station cleanliness and follow SOPs.

• Engage guests with product knowledge and service etiquette.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Well-groomed, articulate, and professional in demeanor.

• Background in hotel management or premium café/restaurant operations.

• Passionate about quality, presentation, and guest experience.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Team player with a calm, service-oriented attitude.
