We serve a range of beverages and light menu items, including coffee, teas, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, soft drinks, and small snacks, all prepared with a focus on quality and consistency Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and other menu items. Take customer orders and handle cash or card payments at the billing counter. Provide friendly, efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Train and guide junior baristas; supervise daily beverage and menu operations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and equipments. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Operate and care for coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment; perform basic maintenance. Skills and Qualities Strong customer-service and communication skills. Knowledge of coffee and menu items: Understanding coffee types, drink recipes, and preparation methods is essential. Advanced espresso and milk-texturing skills; latte art experience is a plus. Leadership and teamwork abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
