  : issue-spotting, structuring, negotiation, risk mapping (including data/privacy terms where relevant)
• Client handling, internal coordination, delegation (as required), and timely delivery across multiple matters
• Contribute to team management: mentoring juniors/interns (as applicable), improving drafting quality, and maintaining reliable internal workflows

• Strong drafting and negotiation capability with independent matter ownership
• Comfortable handling

  litigation/dispute matters

  along with transactional work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working exposure to

  US & European legal frameworks/practices

  relevant to cross-border contracts

• Experience with

  music/film/OTT/digital creator economy

  clients
• Prior work on

  IP enforcement, infringement, takedowns, urgent relief strategy
