About The Position
The Senior Associate – Communications & Partnerships will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving stakeholder engagement, coordinating platform operations, and leading communication initiatives. This role involves collaboration with CSR partners, non-profits, academic institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and impactful communication.
Responsibilities
Client Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Build and manage partnerships with CSR organizations, non-profits, philanthropic foundations, and academic institutes
- Lead outreach to new stakeholders to onboard them onto the platform
- Manage the onboarding process for new CSR and non-profit partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned CSR and philanthropic clients
- Understand client objectives and align services to deliver measurable value
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables, reporting, documentation, and feedback
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support
- Conduct orientation and training sessions for client and partner teams
- Provide continuous operational and content-related support for seamless engagement
External Communications
- Host webinars, events, and workshops across the country to promote the platform
- Manage social media handles and editorial content for the platform
- Oversee onboarding and coordination of content writers
- Work with communications, graphics, and editing teams for design and content execution
- Conduct stakeholder interviews for storytelling and documentation
- Maintain a repository of impact stories, case studies, and ecosystem insights
Platform & Operations Coordination
- Oversee platform content uploads, stakeholder data, and system-level operations
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams to resolve issues and improve workflow
- Track engagement activities and project updates to maintain accurate records
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track engagement data and performance metrics
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve engagement and client servicing
Mandatory Qualification And Experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Experience in handling CSR, non-profit, or social impact partnerships (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM tools, analytics, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination
