Role Description

1. Position: Area Sales Manager (Food)
2. The person should solely have knowledge about Imported Food brands / FMCG products
3. Required Skill: Handling Imported Products, Making strong sales team, No stock dumping, growing sales and giving consumer interaction ideas
4. Experience: Minimum 15 years in FMCG industry
5. Work: Manage the team of Entire South India Team, ISR, Junior sales officer, Sales Officer and ASM. Enhance sales and need to correct team also.

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong relationship-building skills with key accounts
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
