Work you’ll do

• Responsible for managing content acquisition pipeline and ensuring engagement materials are collated from the engagement members
• Support team leads in monitoring content contributions and assess gaps to drive targeted outreach and content acquisition strategies.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into content contribution/acquisition landscape.
• Collaborate with global cross functional stakeholders/Knowledge service professionals to support content acquisition efforts across different geographies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing data insights and recommendations on content acquisition trends/analysis and best practices.
• Adapt communication style to effectively interact with knowledge Services professionals and stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and optimize processes while onboarding new team members, guiding them through daily activities, and proactively addressing project challenges.
• Reviewing deliverables and provide guidance to improve on overall team quality
• Providing periodic reports to leadership by summarizing team activities and statistics on driving content acquisition collection success
• Proactively identify opportunities and gaps to streamline the project flows and processes
• Act as a consultant to the knowledge managers, suggesting best practices, identifying gaps and possible solutioning to boost content acquisition

Qualifications/ skills required

• MBA or Post-Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences, Data Science, Statistics
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a content management/knowledge management organization
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Review, sanitize, and identify data gaps to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the QA process.
• Good comprehension skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies quickly
• Ability to document processes and create clear, actionable reports and dashboards
• Ability to work as part of a team, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines
• Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
• Effective problem-solving skills and initiative to drive improvements
• Positive attitude and professional presence; able to interact with senior professionals and manage conflict maturely
• Adaptable communication style for diverse stakeholders and team members

11 AM to 8 PM
